Primary Responsibilities :
Job Title: Telecaller
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM
Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Profile:
Lead Generation:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding client needs and requirements.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Provide information about real estate properties, services, and offerings.
Follow-up and Coordination:
- Follow up with clients to provide additional information and support as needed.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless client management and handover of leads.
Data Management:
- Maintain and update client databases with accurate and timely information.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and outcomes.
Customer Support:
- Address client inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns or issues.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients daily.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively to explain the benefits of real estate investments.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for interested clients.
- Keep detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups with clients.
- Meet or exceed targets for lead generation and appointments set.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
