Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Project Sales Agent, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell real estate projects to potential buyers and investors. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, conducting property tours, and closing sales.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek potential buyers and investors for real estate projects.
- Client Communication: Provide detailed information on properties, prices, terms of sale, and other relevant aspects to prospective clients.
- Property Tours: Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of the projects.
- Lead Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process to close deals effectively.
- Negotiation & Sales Agreements: Negotiate sale terms and prepare sales agreements in accordance with company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and advertising teams to promote properties through various channels.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on real estate market trends and competitors' activities.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Agent or Sales Broker in a reputable real estate company.
Education:
- Minimum High School Diploma.
Skills, Capabilities, and Languages:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
