Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Oracle Course Instructor to deliver advanced courses on Oracle Database concepts. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver career-focused courses on Oracle technologies, including SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database management.
- Design engaging and interactive learning materials such as presentations, case studies, quizzes, and assignments, aligned with industry standards.
- Provide mentorship and feedback to students and professionals, preparing them for roles in database management and optimization.
- Stay current with the latest trends in Oracle technologies, ensuring course content reflects industry changes and innovations.
- Foster an interactive learning environment using hands-on labs, group discussions, and real-world problem-solving scenarios.
Experience Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Database technologies, including SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience teaching Oracle database concepts to students or professionals.
Hiring Process:
- First Round - Demo: Conduct a live demo session on a selected Oracle topic, showcasing your teaching style and ability to explain complex concepts.
- Second Round - Demo: Deliver another demo session, focusing on a different Oracle topic or diving deeper into the content covered in the first round.
- Third Round - Personal Interview (Technical + Non-Technical): A comprehensive interview covering both technical expertise (Oracle technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, etc.) and non-technical aspects (teaching approach, communication skills, student engagement strategies).
