Job Title: Graphic Designer / Visual Designer / Communication Designer
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai

Design and produce marketing communication materials (both print and digital) for a variety of clients.
Collaborate with the creative team, internal account teams, and clients to develop innovative creative solutions and translate them across different channels.
Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and design innovations.

Proven experience in Graphic/Creative Design.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to proactively recommend creative solutions for marketing proposals.
Design marketing communication pieces, including theme development, individual piece designs, and layouts.
Maintain quality control for all designs.
Seek out new design products and stay ahead of industry developments.
Strong conceptualization skills, attention to design, layout, and typography. Ability to offer multiple design solutions.
Knowledge of print media.
Basic understanding of UI/UX, website design, branding, and packaging.
Storyboarding experience is preferred.
Agency experience is a must.

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Design Degree, BFA/BCA, Certification in Fine/Applied Arts, or a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of design experience in the creative department of a digital agency or design firm.
