Primary Responsibilities :
Branch Manager (Stock Broking) – Hyderabad
Overview: The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the branch. This role involves leading a team to offer various products and services while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of wealth managers/relationship managers and other sales staff to achieve individual and branch goals.
- Develop new relationships and strengthen existing relationships with retail and HNI clients.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage client relationships to provide a comprehensive suite of services and products tailored to client needs.
- Cross-sell third-party investment products such as mutual funds, bonds, PMS, insurance, and advisory products.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to enhance team capabilities.
- Implement operational policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and stay competitive.
- Ensure all branch activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to mitigate risk and maintain compliance.
- Analyze branch financial reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about market developments, emerging trends, and investment products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that attract new clients.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and networking events to enhance client engagement and market presence.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in the brokerage or capital markets, with a minimum of 2-4 years in a leadership role.
- Licensing: Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., NISM) are required.
CTC: 9 LPA (Negotiable)
