Position Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Accounts

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our accounts team. As a CA in the accounts department, you will assist in financial reporting, accounting, compliance, taxation, and auditing activities. Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
- Preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards.
Taxation:
- Assist in preparing and filing tax returns (Income Tax, GST, etc.).
- Monitor and ensure tax compliance, including TDS, GST, and other statutory tax requirements.
General Accounting:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
- Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- IRR calculation and NPA calculation.
Audit Assistance:
- Assist in internal and external audits, preparing supporting documentation, and responding to queries.
- Ensure all accounting processes follow corporate policies and accounting standards.
Compliance and Regulatory:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and legal compliance requirements (e.g., statutory audits, filings, etc.).
- Maintain proper documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Assist in preparing reports for regulatory authorities and ensuring timely filing of returns.
Banking and Cash Flow Management:
- Reconcile bank statements with books of accounts.
- Assist in managing cash flow and working capital.
Support to Management:
- Assist in generating financial reports and presentations for management.
- Provide support in financial decision-making and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Final completed.
- Any other relevant finance certifications (e.g., CFA, CS, MBA Finance) will be a plus.
Experience:
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies:
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (Indian GAAP, IND-AS, IFRS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Good understanding of tax laws (GST, Income Tax, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
Attention to Detail:
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data and reports.
Communication Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Additional Skills (Optional):
- Knowledge of advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
