Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales strategy and execution, managing a portfolio of cruise liners. This role requires the individual to be an integral part of a sales team while developing key client and partner relationships to expand market share in the luxury travel sector.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention for cruise bookings. Align efforts with the sales targets set by sales leadership.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to execute region-specific promotions and campaigns to boost bookings.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporates, and other key stakeholders to expand the distribution network. Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, and other relevant industry events.
Key Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in the cruise or luxury travel industry.
- Proven ability in selling B2B to corporates, travel agents, especially in high-value travel products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to travel extensively within the region and internationally.
Education Profile Specifications:
- Graduation: Bachelor's degree is compulsory, with a minimum of 75% in X, XII, and graduation (English medium preferred).
- Post-Graduation: MBA or Master’s in Travel & Tourism or related fields preferred.

Personal Attributes:
- Avoid candidates with unexplained gaps in their CV or currently unemployed.
- Avoid candidates with part-time learning backgrounds.
- Candidates should have good grooming etiquette, as this is a front-end role.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent command over English.
- Confidence and assertiveness in selling luxury travel to high-end clients.
- For regional positions, proficiency in local language is mandatory.
Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude & Behavior):
- Experience in selling cruises or international land packages is highly preferred.
- Strong motivation and a clear reason for joining a cruise travel agency.
