- Manage end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations.
- Oversee the complete importation/exportation process.
- Manage the import process from purchase order to receipt in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with Freight Forwarders (FF), negotiate rates, and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with Custom Brokers and Shipping Lines.
- Manage import-related costs, including freight, duties, and taxes.
- Knowledge of Single Window for customs clearance.
- Coordinate with foreign suppliers for timely delivery.
- Handle import documentation and Letters of Credit.
- Ensure compliance with import/export customs regulations, laws, and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and procedures.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouses and manage inventory.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with MM module of SAP S4 Hana.
