Primary Responsibilities :
Planning, coordinating, and directing the maintenance activities of the organization to ensure efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
•
Establishing and implementing maintenance procedures, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize equipment performance
•
Creating maintenance schedules, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
•
Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment for employees and prevent.
•
Implementing preventive maintenance programs to identify and address potential issues before they lead to equipment failure or downtime.
•
Monitoring inventory levels of spare parts and equipment, ordering replacements as needed, and optimizing inventory management processes to minimize costs and ensure.
•
Coordinate with other departments for the maintenance activities, prioritize tasks, and address equipment-related issues.
•
Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and maintenance histories to facilitate reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
•
Developing and implementing emergency response plans for equipment breakdowns or other maintenance-related emergencies to minimize disruptions and ensure timely.
•
Overseeing the work of maintenance technicians, mechanics, electricians, and other personnel to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
•
Conducting daily meeting with the team for the work allocation and analyse the work improvement.
•
Monitoring of utilities Boiler, compressors on daily basis.
•
Allocating work to a team of maintenance and facility
•
Taking new projects from managements
•
Preventive planning for machineries weekly, monthly & quarterly
•
Take caring of production floor machineries and utilities.
•
Daily/Monthly consumption of water and electricity
•
Analysis of repetitive failure and evolution of it.
•
Attending and trouble shooting day to day breakdown of rotary and static equipment.
•
Maintaining daily/monthly work record and finding the root cause analysis.
•
Planning of predictive maintenance work.
•
Installation of new machineries and layout
•
Handling the failure of electric work
•
Responsible for all general maintenance work.
•
Track the performance of each person of maintenance team.
•
Ensure timely action on each downtime.
•
Lower maintenance cost
•
Improved machine performance.
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or equivalent or professional designation or certification or relevant past experience.
•
Educational qualification in the similar field is preferred
•
Good communication and interpersonal skills
•
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
•
Time management and organizational skills
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
•
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
