Primary Responsibilities :

Position: Business Development Executive
Experience Required: 2-4 years

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with strong expertise in online bidding portals and a passion for generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, revenue generation, proposal writing, and client handling. If you have experience working with Upwork, Guru, and other online bidding platforms, this is an excellent opportunity for you to contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our client base.
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the IT, software development, digital marketing, gaming, and branding industries.
  • Bidding on Online Portals: Hands-on experience in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, PPH, and Elance to generate leads and secure projects.
  • Lead Generation & Revenue Generation: Actively generate leads and convert them into revenue-generating projects.
  • Proposal Writing & Email Marketing: Craft compelling proposals and manage email marketing campaigns to reach potential clients.
  • Client Handling: Effectively manage client relationships, conduct discovery calls, and provide regular project updates.
  • Sales Closure: Take charge of the end-to-end sales cycle, including client calls, technical discussions, and sales closures.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technical staff, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and leverage insights to identify growth opportunities.
