Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and acquire new clients for the company.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate project terms with potential clients.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, social networks, and in-person meetings.
- Direct sales exposure to decision-makers.
- Identify project sales opportunities and leverage market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Generate IT software business for the company through proactive efforts.
- Engage in sales activities to attract new clients and educate them about the services the company provides.
- Assess client requirements and create customized proposals.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and validate their information.
- Ensure the right solutions are proposed according to client needs.
- Strong focus on client retention through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
- Confident in negotiating and "closing the deal."
- Manage team activities and provide leadership to meet targets.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in generating IT software business for the company.
- Strong interaction with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Extensive market research skills to identify sales opportunities.
- Capability to acquire new clients and educate them on available services.
- Experience in proposal creation based on client requirements.
- Building a solid database of prospective clients and proposing tailored solutions.
- Ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiation skills and ability to lead generation and close deals.
