Roles & Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, with expertise in identifying target audiences and executing engaging campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, engaging content for digital channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to enhance ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company's social media presence.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and enhance user experience.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in performance marketing, particularly in digital marketing for IT Software Products, Casino Platforms, and Games.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
    • Proficiency in marketing software like HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software.
    • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
