Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team on proposals and business pitches.
  • Attend meetings with business development managers and act as a technical expert.
  • Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, including scope finalization, solution review, commercials, and proposal submission.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to devise effective solutions that meet their needs.
  • Ensure that the company’s services can deliver on client requirements.
  • Capture client requirements accurately and ensure effective communication.
  • Respond to client requests for information and proposals.
  • Present proposals to clients alongside the sales team.
  • Produce detailed cost estimates for clients and ensure that contracts are profitable.
  • Provide guidance on innovations in solutions, identifying win themes, and creating value propositions for opportunities that include Fixed Price, T&M, and Service-based engagements.
  • Engage in solutioning, design, estimation, sizing, and proposal writing.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, business units, and partners on complex opportunities.
  • Adhere to process-oriented reporting and approval requirements.

Desired Skills:

  • Proven track record in Requirement Scoping, Functional Analysis, Technology Solution Design, Effort and Cost Estimation, Proposal Preparation, Client Presentations, and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
  • Experience in presales activities, including identifying innovations in solutions and creating win themes for various types of engagements (Fixed Price, T&M, Service-based).
  • Hands-on experience in Solutioning, Design & Estimation, Sizing, and Proposal Writing.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and business units on complex opportunities.
  • Strong focus on process adherence, reporting, and approvals.
  • Significant exposure to digital technologies including UX, Mobility, IoT, and eCommerce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working independently and in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.

Key Skills Required:

  • Project Analysis and Management expertise.
  • Proficiency in Project Scope Analysis, creating SOW, SRS, FRS, DFD, Project Planning, Time Estimation, Cost Estimation, Resource Allocation, Risk Management, Conflict Management, Team Coordination, and Client Communication.
  • Experience with websites and web application requirements.
  • Experience in presales activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to deliver quality results efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Confidence to lead the team to bring out the best performance and deliver quality results for clients.
