Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Planning & Implementation: Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various digital media.
- Lead Generation: Use research tools and lead generation platforms, including social and business media, to generate qualified leads.
- Digital Marketing Resource Development: Create a combined skill set in areas such as SEO, content production, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online PR, social media campaigns, social media advertising, and conversion optimization.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze and present the results of digital marketing efforts, continuously improving strategies based on data insights.
- Campaign Delivery: Ensure timely and high-standard delivery of campaigns.
- Reporting & Optimization: Leverage reporting tools and analytics to improve digital marketing performance and ROI.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background: A degree-level education is preferred.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a digital marketing environment, with a focus on lead generation.
- End-to-End Lead Generation: Expertise in Organic SEO and lead generation processes.
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading and managing teams is a significant advantage.
- Cost per Lead (CPL): Clear understanding of CPL and how to optimize it for better results.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with a variety of digital marketing channels and tools, including PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Resource Management: Experience in managing resources effectively across digital marketing projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to liaise with Board Level stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Customer Segmentation: A clear understanding of customer segmentation to drive targeted marketing strategies.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- External Agency Coordination: Experience in working with external agencies, managing creative processes from briefing to implementation.
- WordPress & HTML: Experience managing websites on WordPress and a basic knowledge of HTML for website adjustments.
