We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager / SEO Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing strategy and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SEO, PPC, lead generation, and social media strategies, with a proven ability to develop, implement, and analyze effective digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Implementation: Plan, brief, and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various digital channels.
• Lead Generation: Utilize research and lead generation tools, including social media and business media, to generate qualified leads.
• Campaign Development: Develop a comprehensive digital marketing resource with expertise in SEO, content production, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online PR, quality link building, social media advertising, and conversion optimization.
• Analysis & Reporting: Analyze digital marketing performance, present results, and implement improvements through reporting and analytics.
• Campaign Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of digital campaigns to a high standard, achieving effective web-based marketing to generate leads and sales.
• Continuous Improvement: Optimize performance through analytics, ensuring campaigns are continuously improved and aligned with business goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, including liaising at the Board level.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a digital marketing team, ensuring effective resource allocation and project management.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital marketing environment, specifically in digital lead generation.
• Lead Generation Expertise: Strong experience in Organic and SEO lead generation.
• Team Leading Experience: Prior experience leading a digital marketing team would be an advantage.
• Cost Per Lead (CPL): Clear understanding and hands-on experience with CPL (Cost Per Lead).
• Digital Marketing Skills: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools including PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliates, and Google Analytics.
• Resource Management: Experience managing and optimizing resources for digital marketing campaigns.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables efficiently.
• Agency Collaboration: Experience working with external agencies and managing creative processes from briefing to execution.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with website management using WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML.
