AIS Technolabs is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project analysis, management, and presales and will be responsible for overseeing the entire proposal lifecycle, managing client communications, and ensuring project success. You will work closely with the sales and business development teams, while ensuring that client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business opportunities.

Client Interaction: Attend meetings with business development managers, acting as a technical expert to understand and capture client requirements.

Proposal Life-Cycle Management: Manage the entire proposal life-cycle, including scope finalization, solution review, commercials, and proposal submission.

Client Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to devise effective technical solutions that meet their needs and requirements.

Proposal Presentations: Present proposals to clients alongside members of the sales team, ensuring that the proposals align with client expectations and company capabilities.

Costing and Profitability: Produce detailed costings for client proposals, ensuring that contracts are profitable for the company.

Presales Activities: Guide innovations in solutions, identify win themes, proposal flow, and value propositions for opportunities across Fixed Price, T&M, and Service-based engagements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple stakeholders, business units, and partners to manage complex opportunities effectively.

Process Adherence: Maintain process orientation and adhere to reporting and approval requirements.

Risk and Conflict Management: Manage project risks and conflicts, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.

Experience Requirements:

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Proven Experience in Project Management: A strong track record in project analysis, scope analysis, proposal preparation, and project planning.
Technical Expertise: Experience in Solutioning, Design, Estimation, Sizing, and Proposal Writing across various technology stacks (e.g., Digital, UX, Mobility, IoT, eCommerce).
Presales Experience: Hands-on experience in presales activities, including guiding solution innovations and identifying value propositions for projects.
Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to clients.
Client Relationship Management: Ability to manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders effectively, ensuring project requirements are understood and delivered.
Process-Oriented Approach: Adherence to reporting and approval processes while managing multiple stakeholders across different business units.
Team Management: Ability to manage and motivate a team, bring the best out of team members, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
