Position: Business Development Executive - Fresher
Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office)
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our team and help expand our client base and grow the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Market Research: Identify new markets and customer needs through thorough research.
  • Client Outreach: Arrange business calls or meetings with prospective clients to discuss potential services and solutions.
  • Promote Services: Address clients' needs, propose solutions, and predict their objectives to promote the company’s services.
  • Sales Contracts & Agreements: Prepare and manage sales contracts and agreements to finalize deals.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Sales Development: Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople, coaching and guiding them towards success.


Experience Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience Required:

The ideal candidate should have knowledge or exposure to the following sales strategies:

  • Bidding: Familiarity with online platforms such as FreelancerUpwork, and other bidding platforms for software development services.
  • Email Marketing: Experience or understanding of customized email drafting and email presentation.
  • Cold Calling: Ability to work with old leads or generate new leads through cold calling in the prospective market.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English: Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and the ability to effectively negotiate and engage with clients.
  • Building Rapport: Ability to establish trust and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Time Management: Strong skills in managing tasks and planning accordingly to meet deadlines.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Any field).
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
