We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. As a key player in our business development team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, identifying client needs, and negotiating projects with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT software business generation and will be able to manage client relationships effectively while driving growth for the company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Client Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet those needs.
- Project Negotiation: Negotiate project terms with potential clients, ensuring both parties are aligned on expectations.
- Direct Sales Exposure: Communicate with decision-makers through phone calls, emails, social networks, and face-to-face meetings.
- Sales Opportunity Identification: Use market intelligence to identify new project sales opportunities, preempt competition, and approach target accounts.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Proposal Creation: Assess client requirements and create appropriate proposals that align with their needs.
- Business Research: Conduct extensive market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads and drive business growth through strong follow-up skills.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team to ensure they meet sales targets and achieve business goals.
