Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Executive to manage HR operations for 50+ employees, including blue-collar workers. The role involves attendance, payroll, employee engagement, and workforce management at our manufacturing unit.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Manage attendance, payroll, leaves, and annual holiday calendars.
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, especially for factory workers.
- Workforce Management: Ensure manpower availability for shifts in coordination with floor supervisors.
- Compliance: Basic knowledge of EPF & ESIC is required.
- Security & Housekeeping: Supervise related staff.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute activities to improve workplace culture.
- Administration: Maintain reports using Excel, MS Word, Emails, and WhatsApp.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu/Tamil/Kannada is a plus).
- Experience in managing teams of 5-10 people.
- Smartphone and two-wheeler required for mobility.
- Flexibility to adapt to company requirements.
