Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
  • Provide accurate and basic information in person, via phone, and through email.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling visitor access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Manage front office supplies, place orders, and maintain inventory records.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
