The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hardware sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Nigerian market. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue growth.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of IT hardware products, including laptops, monitors, printers, and accessories.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports for accurate sales projections.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the IT hardware industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IT hardware trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in local Nigerian languages (Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo) is an advantage.
