Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong background in the plastic and paper manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling non-branded product sales, achieving sales targets, and developing pricing strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a keen understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and marketing activities within the assigned territory.
Successfully manage and sell non-branded products.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure competitive pricing strategies.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Experience Requirements:
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the plastic and paper manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of product pricing and market dynamics.
Must possess a valid GCC driving license.
Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil (Arabic is an added advantage).
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and body language interpretation.
Presentable, self-driven, and results-oriented with strong time management skills.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Job Offer Details:
Contract Duration: 1 Year (Renewable upon mutual agreement)
Location: Bahrain
Salary Range: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 75,000 per month (Based on experience)
Additional Benefits: Commission on target achievement, car (upon obtaining Bahrain driving license), fuel allowance, mobile, and bachelor accommodation.
