Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to drive international B2B sales for our fashion accessories and handbag division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion exports and a passion for building lasting business relationships with overseas clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new B2B clients in international markets (USA, Europe, Middle East, Australia)

Generate and develop new business opportunities for fashion accessories and handbags

Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers and buying houses

Represent the brand at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings

Prepare compelling sales pitches, presentations, proposals, and quotations

Collaborate closely with production and design teams to fulfill client requirements

Monitor global market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth

Experience:
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a fashion garments or accessories export firm in a sales/business development role
Proven track record of handling international clients and closing high-value deals
Education:
Graduation (Required): Preferably in Fashion, Marketing, or International Business
Post-Graduation (Preferred): MBA in Marketing or International Business
Additional Courses: Certifications in Export Management, Fashion Merchandising, or International Trade will be an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
Core Skills:
Deep understanding of B2B sales and international business development
Knowledge of global fashion trends, especially in accessories
Excellent negotiation, closing, and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to create persuasive business presentations and proposals
Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of any foreign language is a plus

Compensation
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
