Primary Responsibilities :
Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (International Voice Process)
Location: Work from Office
Shift: UK Shift – Day Shift (2 PM to 11 PM)
Industry: Hospitals and Health Care
Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential international customers via outbound calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups.

Sales & Customer Engagement: Engage with clients across global markets to understand their requirements, pitch solutions, and close deals effectively.

Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of products/services to deliver value-driven and persuasive sales conversations.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM tools, ensuring timely outreach and consistent engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to improve conversion rates and refine sales strategies.

Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance benchmarks.

Customer Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with prospects and existing customers to drive long-term business growth.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings to optimize sales approach
Experience Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2–5 years in inside sales for international voice processes (B2B or B2C).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a neutral or UK/US accent.
Sales Aptitude: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle rejections and objections in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational shifts aligned to international time zones (UK, APAC).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling SaaS, IT services, or tech-based products.
Prior interaction with US/UK-based clients.
Proficiency in outbound cold calling and consultative sales methodologies.
