Job Title: Personal Assistant (Remote | Full-Time)
Experience: 2–3 years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month
Location: Remote (Work From Home)

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support daily operations in a fully remote, full-time capacity. This role is well-suited for individuals with a background in accounts or finance, who are organized, proactive, and fluent in English. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a mix of professional and personal administrative responsibilities.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

  • Financial Coordination: Track transactions, manage payments, organize financial documents, and prepare simple, easy-to-understand reports.

  • Inbox Management: Oversee personal and work email inboxes, flag important messages, and ensure timely responses.

  • Calendar & Task Management: Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage to-do lists effectively.

  • Bill Management: Monitor due dates, make payments, and set reminders for recurring bills and expenses.

  • Date & Event Tracking: Keep track of birthdays, special events, meetings, and important reminders.

  • Remote Personal Errands: Book appointments, place online orders, coordinate services, and handle other personal tasks virtually.

  • Ad-hoc Administrative Tasks: Assist with any additional duties as required to support the team or individual.


Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience, ideally with an accounts/finance background

  • Fluent in English – both spoken and written

  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • Proficient with digital tools (Google Workspace, email/calendar platforms, task management apps, etc.)

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and trust

  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment
