Position Overview:

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Support

  • Assist in research, ideation, and outreach to brands, communities, and individuals.

  • Help implement marketing plans that align with business goals and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Scout and suggest relevant on-ground participation opportunities (festivals, awards, summits) for brand partners.

2. Brand Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials like presentations, brochures, and campaign content.

3. Digital Marketing

  • Contribute to the ideation and execution of digital campaigns for internal brands and brand partners.

  • Research and recommend suitable digital amplification platforms and collaborations.

4. Content Development

  • Coordinate the development of engaging written and visual content, including blogs, articles, and social media.

  • Ensure content reflects the firm’s tone, voice, and messaging strategy.

5. Campaign Execution

  • Support planning, execution, and reporting for multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimize results.

6. Event Coordination

  • Assist in promoting events, brand pop-ups, and campaigns.

  • Identify and help secure partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations for greater visibility.

7. Market Research

  • Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor movements, and client needs.

  • Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies across categories.

8. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing and PR teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging.

  • Assist in campaign execution for clients and internal brands.

9. Administrative Support

  • Maintain marketing calendars, track key deadlines, and coordinate campaign assets.

  • Assist with basic budget tracking for marketing activities and events.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or communications.

  • Familiarity with digital tools like social media platforms, Google Analytics, and CMS.

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
