Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Support
Assist in research, ideation, and outreach to brands, communities, and individuals.
Help implement marketing plans that align with business goals and identify new growth opportunities.
Scout and suggest relevant on-ground participation opportunities (festivals, awards, summits) for brand partners.
2. Brand Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials like presentations, brochures, and campaign content.
3. Digital Marketing
Contribute to the ideation and execution of digital campaigns for internal brands and brand partners.
Research and recommend suitable digital amplification platforms and collaborations.
4. Content Development
Coordinate the development of engaging written and visual content, including blogs, articles, and social media.
Ensure content reflects the firm’s tone, voice, and messaging strategy.
5. Campaign Execution
Support planning, execution, and reporting for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimize results.
6. Event Coordination
Assist in promoting events, brand pop-ups, and campaigns.
Identify and help secure partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations for greater visibility.
7. Market Research
Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor movements, and client needs.
Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies across categories.
8. Team Collaboration
Work closely with marketing and PR teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging.
Assist in campaign execution for clients and internal brands.
9. Administrative Support
Maintain marketing calendars, track key deadlines, and coordinate campaign assets.
Assist with basic budget tracking for marketing activities and events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
Familiarity with digital tools like social media platforms, Google Analytics, and CMS.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
