Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced PR Executive / Senior PR Executive to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented marketing communications agency. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of agency experience, specifically working with clients in the lifestyle, hospitality, and F&B sectors. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful campaigns, work closely with top-tier clients, and build strong media relationships in a collaborative, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement result-driven PR strategies aligned with client goals.
Media Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key media personnel across print, digital, and broadcast.
Secure impactful media coverage for client stories and announcements.
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and evaluate PR campaigns across various platforms to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Client Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their objectives, offering strategic counsel, and ensuring consistent satisfaction.
Content Development
Write press releases, media notes, articles, speeches, and other content that communicates client narratives effectively.
Crisis Communication
Prepare and manage communication plans during crises or sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
Industry Monitoring
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and media movements to proactively suggest ideas and positioning opportunities.
Budget Management
Handle budgets for PR campaigns, ensuring strategic execution within the defined financial parameters.
Performance Evaluation
Analyze and report on campaign performance using media tracking and analytics tools; recommend improvements based on insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a PR agency servicing lifestyle, hospitality, and F&B brands.
Strong understanding of the media landscape and a solid network of media contacts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
Creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in media monitoring and campaign reporting tools is a plus.
