Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a specialization in Key Line Diagrams (KLD) for the paper packaging industry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in dieline creation and experienced in developing precise, functional, and innovative packaging templates. This role demands a keen eye for detail, excellent design skills, and strong collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Layout Creation:
Develop accurate KLDs/dielines for paper packaging, ensuring correct dimensions, folds, and cuts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product development, marketing, and production teams to ensure designs align with branding, cost, and functionality requirements.
Material Selection:
Choose suitable packaging materials with attention to durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
Mockups & Prototyping:
Create and present visual mockups and functional prototypes for internal reviews and client presentations.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure all designs comply with relevant packaging standards, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
Industry Insight:
Keep abreast of industry trends, innovations, and competitor packaging strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools
In-depth understanding of packaging design, particularly KLD/dieline development
High accuracy in working with precise dimensions and measurements
Familiarity with printing processes and packaging materials used in paper-based solutions
Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
