Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and performance marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content creation, SEO, social media marketing, digital advertising, and analytics. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Advertising
Develop and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy.
Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram Ads).
Optimize campaigns using SEO and performance tools.
Monitor and maximize campaign ROI.
Content Creation & Management
Create compelling digital content and visual concepts for promotional activities.
Collaborate on content calendar development and manage publishing schedules.
Use AI tools and graphical apps for content creation and enhancement.
Social Media & Online Presence
Oversee creation, scheduling, and maintenance of social media content.
Maintain a strong online presence and manage the company’s digital reputation.
Monitor engagement and track performance using social media analytics.
Email Marketing & Analytics
Implement and manage email marketing campaigns and mass mailers.
Track digital traffic using Google Analytics.
Prepare and update performance reports for stakeholders.
Research & Strategy
Conduct market and advertising research.
Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests.
Decide on effective content and ad placement strategies.
Project & Budget Oversight
Manage digital projects, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and AI-driven content tools.
Proficiency in graphical content creation apps and Internet/Social Media applications.
Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Competent in using Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
Creative thinker with strategic insight and attention to detail.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation/Post-Graduation in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, or related fields.
Special certifications in Online Marketing, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta/Instagram Ads, and Graphical Content Creation tools will be preferred.
