Job Summary:
The Country Head will be responsible for spearheading the strategic, operational, and commercial success of the company’s business within the country. This leadership role includes managing dealership networks, driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing profitability. The ideal candidate is a seasoned automotive professional with a deep understanding of market dynamics, team leadership, and P&L management.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Market Development
Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance market share, sales volume, and profitability.
Identify and implement expansion opportunities through new dealership setups and strategic partnerships.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor movements.
Sales & Operational Excellence
Set and monitor sales targets for new 3-wheelers and service revenues.
Oversee nationwide dealership operations across sales, service, and spare parts functions.
Ensure brand compliance, operational standards, and dealership performance optimization.
Lead promotional strategies, customer acquisition initiatives, and retention campaigns to maximize ROI.
Dealer Network & Customer Experience
Build and nurture relationships with dealers; provide business guidance and operational support.
Drive exceptional customer service and after-sales support, including warranty and technical issue resolution.
Implement systems to monitor customer satisfaction, service quality, and turnaround times.
Financial Management & Efficiency
Own country-level P&L responsibilities including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
Oversee inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations for consistent dealership performance.
Collaborate with finance for risk mitigation, reporting, and financial health tracking.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire regional and dealership-level teams toward peak performance.
Create and implement training programs to improve sales techniques, service efficiency, and operational standards.
Foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and continuously improving organizational culture.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
10–12 years in the automotive/two-wheeler/three-wheeler dealership industry.
Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership or P&L management role.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong track record in business growth, network expansion, and operations management.
Deep understanding of dealership ecosystems and customer engagement.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in data-driven strategy development, CRM tools, and digital sales channels.
