Job Title: Leisure Holidays Consultant

About the Role:
The role of a Leisure Holidays Consultant is to design and deliver unforgettable travel experiences tailored to individual client needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through every stage of their travel journey—from planning and booking to post-travel feedback. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for travel, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.


Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation:
    Conduct personalized consultations to understand clients’ travel goals, preferences, budgets, and special requirements. Communicate effectively to capture and interpret their vision.

  • Customized Itinerary Planning:
    Research and create bespoke travel itineraries, incorporating flights, accommodations, tours, transfers, and experiences aligned with client expectations.

  • Booking Management:
    Handle all aspects of the booking process, including making reservations, negotiating with suppliers, confirming availability, and ensuring accurate documentation.

  • Client Support:
    Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the travel journey — addressing pre-trip queries, providing support during travel, and following up afterward for feedback and satisfaction.

  • Industry Knowledge:
    Stay current on travel industry trends, health and safety regulations, visa requirements, destination updates, and supplier offerings to provide clients with informed recommendations.

  • Relationship Building:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to encourage loyalty, repeat bookings, and access to exclusive deals.

  • Feedback and Innovation:
    Collect and evaluate client feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas for new travel packages and enhanced service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Relevant travel industry certifications are an advantage.

  • Proficiency in travel booking tools and CRM software.

  • Knowledge of global travel destinations and cultural awareness.
