Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Node.js Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development experience along with hands-on expertise in both SQL and MongoDB databases. You will play a key role in building scalable backend systems, developing robust APIs, and mentoring junior developers.


Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js

  • Design and build RESTful APIs for seamless front-end integration

  • Work closely with front-end developers for smooth data flow

  • Optimize application performance and ensure high scalability

  • Implement security measures and manage data protection

  • Handle both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) database structures

  • Mentor and guide junior developers within the team

  • Stay up-to-date with latest trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in backend development with Node.js

  • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Express.js

  • Deep understanding of asynchronous programming and architecture

  • Strong experience in SQL databases with complex query writing

  • Proficient in MongoDB and working with NoSQL queries

  • Familiar with ORM libraries like Sequelize and Mongoose

  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD processes, and deployment

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to lead and mentor a technical team
