Marketing Manager / SEO Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, affiliate, content marketing, and social media

• Lead SEO efforts including on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations

• Develop and manage lead generation campaigns with a focus on organic and CPL targets

• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush

• Manage reporting and improve performance through actionable insights

• Handle multiple projects and deadlines with agency coordination and team supervision

• Work closely with content, design, and web teams for implementation and optimization

• Manage and improve company websites using WordPress; basic HTML knowledge preferred

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the IT industry

• Strong hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and Email Marketing

• Clear understanding of CPL (Cost Per Lead) and conversion tracking

• Demonstrated success in organic lead generation

• Proven track record of ranking high-traffic keywords and managing SEO projects end-to-end

• Team leadership experience is a strong plus

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and related tools

• Knowledge of customer segmentation and online user behavior

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with client or board-level reporting and strategy presentations
