Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales and business development team on proposals and client pitches

• Attend client meetings and act as the technical expert during requirement discussions

• Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle including scoping, solution review, pricing, and submission

• Prepare SOWs, functional documents (SRS, FRS), DFDs, and estimations for time and cost

• Work directly with clients to capture and document project requirements

• Present technical and commercial proposals to clients

• Ensure that the proposed solutions align with the client’s goals and project feasibility

• Coordinate internal teams for resource planning and timely delivery

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

• Maintain profitability and monitor project performance against key KPIs

• Lead project planning, execution, status tracking, and reporting

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in project analysis, requirement scoping, and documentation

• Hands-on experience with proposal writing and pre-sales activities (RFPs, RFIs, cost estimation)

• Strong knowledge of IT solutions including Web, Mobile Apps, UX, IoT, and eCommerce

• Familiarity with Fixed Price, T&M, and Service-based engagement models

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation abilities

• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders, partners, and internal teams

• Process-oriented mindset with attention to reporting and documentation

• Team management, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation skills

• Proficiency in project tools and collaboration platforms
