Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in requirement gathering, client communication, pre-sales activities, and solutioning. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales, technical, and client teams to deliver impactful business proposals and ensure project feasibility and profitability.



Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the sales and business development teams on business proposals and client pitches

  2. Attend meetings with clients and act as a technical and functional expert

  3. Manage the full proposal lifecycle including scope definition, effort estimation, solution architecture, and cost calculation

  4. Collaborate with clients to capture business requirements and recommend effective solutions

  5. Ensure proposed services are feasible, profitable, and aligned with client goals

  6. Respond to RFI/RFPs with tailored solutions and proposals

  7. Present technical solutions and documentation to clients and internal stakeholders

  8. Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on scope, deliverables, and timelines

  9. Support pre-sales efforts with innovation in solutioning, proposal structuring, and value presentation


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in requirement analysis, pre-sales, and proposal development

  • Experience working on Fixed PriceT&M, and Service-based models

  • Strong experience in solution design, estimations, wireframing, and documentation (SRS, FRS, BRD, etc.)

  • Experience in UX, Mobility, IoT, Web, eCommerce, or SaaS platforms

  • Knowledge of wireframing tools and process documentation tools

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working across multiple departments, teams, and clients

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality outputs under tight deadlines

  • Process-oriented mindset with adherence to documentation and reporting standards
