About the Role:

AIS Technolabs is looking for a talented and driven SEO Executive to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing SEO strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring our web properties achieve high visibility and strong rankings across major search engines.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute the overall SEO strategy.
Increase organic website traffic through keyword strategy, content optimization, and link-building.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
Analyze and track website analytics and SEO performance, making data-driven improvements.
Coordinate with designers to create engaging blog and social media visuals.
Implement and manage both on-page and off-page SEO activities.
Improve website usability, content structure, and conversion rates.
Conduct competitor analysis, customer behavior research, and market trend reviews.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Google algorithms, SEO tools, and best practices.
Oversee and support basic SMO (Social Media Optimization) efforts.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in an SEO-focused role.
Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors and algorithms.
Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
Proficient in SEO techniques: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Strong written communication skills and ability to generate SEO-friendly content strategies.
Experience in improving landing pages, UX performance, and lead generation.
Basic knowledge of social media strategy is a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
