Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager / SEO Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, lead generation, campaign management, and digital strategy execution across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end planning and implementation of digital campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, generate leads, and improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, and more.
Execute and optimize campaigns focused on lead generation with a strong understanding of CPL (Cost per Lead) metrics.
Manage and coordinate a digital marketing team with multi-channel skill sets.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and digital performance tracking.
Produce and present analytics reports on digital performance and campaign ROI.
Improve website SEO health, keyword rankings, and organic traffic via on-page and off-page SEO.
Lead conversion optimization efforts for landing pages and campaign flows.
Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams for execution and performance improvements.
Oversee content marketing and ensure quality link-building practices are followed.
Manage website performance (WordPress familiarity preferred).
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet defined performance standards.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong exposure to SEO and lead generation.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing Tools, and Affiliate Campaigns.
Clear understanding and hands-on experience with organic SEO strategies.
Experience managing end-to-end campaigns, team workflows, and reporting.
Knowledge of customer segmentation, CPL optimization, and campaign targeting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with stakeholder management ability.
Prior team management and project coordination experience is an added advantage.
