Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead product development and client-focused innovation. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, sales, and clients to build and refine successful digital products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with prior experience in product strategy, demos, and stakeholder engagement.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with company goals.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, and translate it into actionable product improvements.

  • Collaborate with teams to design business models and contribute to product pricing strategies.

  • Coordinate with marketing to plan PR and promotional strategies.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to ensure the product remains competitive.

  • Interface directly with clients and stakeholders for product feedback, presentations, and demonstrations.

  • Support sales teams with product training, documentation, and demos.

  • Lead new product research and make recommendations for feature enhancements.

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • High level of comfort with technology and understanding of development cycles.

  • Proven experience in client communication, product demos, and stakeholder management.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional collaboration.

  • Prior experience in defining product strategy, launching new features, and gathering user feedback is highly desirable.
