Job Overview:

AIS Technolabs is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to oversee project lifecycles, manage client communications, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project planning, analysis, presales activities, and technical documentation within the IT/Web domain.

Experience Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to assist in client pitches and proposals.
Attend business development meetings and act as a technical expert.
Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, including scope finalization, solutioning, commercials, and timely proposal submission.
Work closely with clients to capture, define, and analyze project requirements.
Deliver tailored technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs and client inquiries with comprehensive documentation.
Present proposals and scope documents alongside the sales team.
Prepare detailed cost estimations and ensure project profitability.
Oversee resource allocation, project planning, and timeline management.
Mitigate risks, manage conflicts, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in requirement scoping, effort estimation, client presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Hands-on involvement in presales, including defining value propositions, win themes, and proposal flow.
Strong knowledge of solutioning, project sizing, and documentation (SOW, SRS, FRS, DFD).
Familiarity with pricing models like Fixed Price, T&M, and service-based projects.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and aligning internal teams for project execution.
Exposure to technologies such as UX, Mobility, IoT, eCommerce, and web applications.
Effective use of project management tools and adherence to process workflows.
