Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition and sales initiatives in the IT/software services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic planning and execution.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.

  • Understand and analyze client needs, and propose suitable IT solutions.

  • Handle the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Interact directly with decision-makers for project discussions and contract negotiations.

  • Use market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors and position our services effectively.

  • Generate new business for IT software services via bidding portals, direct outreach, and existing network.

  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with both existing and new clients.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Lead and manage a sales team, helping them achieve individual and group targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective proposal creation and delivery.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven 4+ years of experience in business development, client handling, and IT sales.

  • Exposure to international sales, online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer), and cold outreach.

  • Strong understanding of software service offerings and solution-based selling.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team and work under performance targets.
