Primary Responsibilities :
Position: Accounts Executive
Department: Logistics
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive in the Logistics Department will oversee financial operations, maintain records, process invoices, and assist in budgeting to ensure seamless logistics management.
The role involves collaboration with the logistics and finance teams to optimize cost control and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Record-Keeping:
o Maintain and update financial records related to logistics operations.
o Reconcile accounts, ledgers, and statements.
o Knowledge of E-freight and Tally Erp
2. Invoice Processing:
o Process vendor and costomer invoices accurately and on time.
o Verify shipping, freight charges, and ensure alignment with contracts.
3. Budgeting & Reporting:
o Generate periodic financial reports for logistics expenses and variances.
4. Taxation and Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with GST and other applicable taxes for logistics transactions.
o Prepare documents for audits and support the finance team during reviews.
