Role Overview
The Senior Executive – Social Media & Digital Marketing will act as the key point of coordination between Oho Shawarma and external content creators/social media agencies. The role focuses on driving brand visibility, customer engagement, influencer marketing, online reputation management, and hyperlocal digital growth across outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Agency & Content Management
Act as the primary liaison between Oho Shawarma and appointed Content Creator / Social Media Agency
Translate brand objectives, campaigns, offers, and outlet requirements into clear and actionable briefs
Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars in coordination with the agency (reels, posts, stories, campaigns)
Review, approve, and ensure timely delivery of creatives as per brand tone, guidelines, and deadlines
Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms and agency outputs
Influencer Marketing
Manage influencer marketing end-to-end: identification, negotiation, onboarding, execution, and performance tracking
Build and maintain a strong network of food, lifestyle, and hyperlocal influencers across cities
Coordinate influencer visits to outlets, launches, and special campaigns
Track influencer ROI based on reach, engagement, Google reviews, footfall, and online order impact
SEO & Google Business Profile Management
Coordinate SEO efforts (on-page basics, local SEO) through internal teams or external agencies
Ensure all outlets have updated and optimized Google Business Profiles (photos, menu, timings, location accuracy)
Monitor and improve Google ratings by driving review initiatives and feedback loops
Respond to Google reviews (positive and negative) in a professional, brand-aligned manner
Community & Customer Management
Manage and respond to customer messages, comments, and DMs across Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other platforms
Coordinate with operations teams to resolve customer complaints received digitally and close the loop with customers
Maintain a calm, professional, and customer-centric approach in all communications
Business Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with internal teams (operations, franchise, founders) to align digital campaigns with business goals
Support new outlet launches with agency-led digital campaigns and influencer activations
Monitor competitors, emerging content formats, and QSR digital trends and guide agencies accordingly
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review
Experience Required
2–3 years of experience
QSR / Retail / Food brand experience preferred
Mandatory exposure to agency coordination
Fresher Considered:
Yes – candidates with strong hands-on experience, live brand handling, or a proven portfolio may be considered.
Education Qualifications
Graduation:
BMS / BBA / Any Graduate
Digital Marketing specialization preferred
Post-Graduation (Preferred):
MBA (Marketing / Digital Marketing)
Certification:
Certified Digital Marketing Course (Preferred)
Salary Budget
₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA (CTC)
