Job Purpose
Responsible for B2B and institutional sales of specialty products within the assigned territory. The role focuses on business development, revenue generation, market expansion, new product introduction, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Experience Requirements:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify, appoint, and manage new potential B2B associates, dealers, and institutional partners
Promote the company’s product portfolio within the assigned territory
Support obtaining required local statutory clearances and approvals
Strengthen channel network and market presence
Revenue Generation & Growth
Develop customer-wise and product-wise annual business plans
Take ownership of sales targets, revenue generation, and timely collections
Ensure profitability and sustainable business growth in the territory
Monitor performance and implement corrective strategies when required
New Product Development (NPD)
Identify emerging market and product trends
Coordinate with the central team for product development initiatives
Organize and monitor product trials
Launch new products in the assigned markets
Develop and execute 3-year business strategies for new products
Market Information System (MIS)
Collect and analyze market consumption trends
Gather competitor-wise and product-wise sales and pricing data
Track competitor product availability and stock status
Share timely market intelligence with management
Coordination & Liaison
Liaise with local government departments and agencies for licensing and statutory requirements
Coordinate with supply chain, institutional partners, and internal teams
Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
Communication & Reporting
Prepare and present reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Share regular sales updates, market insights, and performance reports
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong B2B and institutional sales capability
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently across territories
Analytical mindset with strong market intelligence skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Preferred Experience
Experience in B2B sales, channel development, or institutional marketing
Exposure to specialty products or similar industries is an advantage
