Key Responsibilities

Prepare and supervise the preparation of Asian dishes as per standards

Manage daily kitchen operations and workflow

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation consistency

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Manage kitchen staff scheduling, supervision, and performance

Control food costs, inventory, and wastage

Coordinate with management for menu planning and improvements

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
