Job Overview
The Executive Assistant to the Director will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and secretarial support. The role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Director’s office.
Reporting
Reports directly to the Director.
Experience Requirements:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle all work-related activities of the Director’s office.
Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Attend to important guests and visitors meeting the Director.
Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and personal appointments, and providing timely reminders.
Greet visitors and ensure professional hospitality.
Maintain and organize personal and confidential documents of the Director.
Manage and update address books both online and manually.
Record instructions given by the Director to staff and ensure timely follow-ups and execution.
Review and monitor real estate–related news and provide summarized briefings to the Director.
Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning for the Director.
Required Skills & Competencies
Presentable personality with a professional demeanor.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience working as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to a Director is mandatory.
Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
