Primary Responsibilities :
Job Title: Sales Operations and Analytics Manager Department: Sales/Operations
Detailed Work Profile:
Sales Research & Team Coordination: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and opportunities for the sales team. Develop and maintain a system to track team performance, fostering accountability and motivation among team members. Your role will be crucial in bridging gaps within the team, promoting a cohesive and collaborative environment.
Database Management: Create and manage a comprehensive database of leads, sales outcomes, and follow-ups. Regularly interact with sales staff to monitor and evaluate their performance, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate detailed reports on sales productivity and progress for management review. Collaborate with the team responsible for weekly PowerBI reports, and cross-train to provide support and alleviate workload as needed.
Operations Support: Handle operational tasks related to sales activities in the Middle East region, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Quote Tracking System: Establish and maintain a robust system for tracking quotes issued and coordinating the assignment of incoming quotes to appropriate team members.
ISO/TAPA/Sustainability Maintenance: Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO, TAPA, and sustainability standards to uphold company integrity and operational excellence.

Personal Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role within the logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in English and either Urdu or Hindi is required to communicate effectively with our diverse team and client base.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales staff across various locations, including the UK, Russia, Kazakhstan, UAE, and Belgium.
Languages Known: English + Urdu/Hindi
