Primary Responsibilities :

Position: Assistant Manager – Testing & Evaluation

Employment Type: Fixed Term Employment, initially for 03 Years
Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  1. Planning and Management:
    • Supervise testing, calibration, and other laboratory activities.
    • Plan and prepare the annual revenue target, capital expenditure, and revenue expenditure budget.
  2. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs for employees and arrange necessary training.
    • Plan and develop new test facilities.
  3. Purchase Activities:
    • Manage purchase activities, including RFQ preparation, indent processing, and technical evaluation.
  4. Quality System Implementation:
    • Plan and implement quality systems in the lab to meet ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
Experience Requirements:

  1. Achieve annual revenue and capital budget as decided by management.
  2. Improve cycle time and customer satisfaction index.
  3. Develop new test facilities and projects.
  4. Improve productivity.

Qualifications

  • Essential: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 10-15 years of experience.
  • Desirable: ME/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience.

Work Experience

  • 10-15 years of experience for BE/B.Tech – Electrical.
  • 8-10 years of experience for ME/M.Tech – Electrical.
