Job Title: Application Support - Sales Force Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SFCC applications, including storefronts, integrations, and customizations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements.
Perform regular maintenance tasks, including application updates, patches, and security enhancements.
Monitor system performance and conduct performance tuning activities to ensure optimal application performance.
Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Assist in the testing and deployment of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on SFCC capabilities and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest SFCC features, updates, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in SFCC application support or development.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and web technologies.
Strong understanding of Sales Force Automation (SFCC)/Distributor Management System (DMS)/CRM.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C or B2B Commerce is preferred.
Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud functionalities such as Order Management, Catalog Management, and Promotions is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer or Administrator certifications are desirable but not required.
