Plant Head (AVP / VP / Sr. VP)

As a Plant Head, the candidate will be responsible and accountable for the following:

• Plant Operations: Ensure the efficient functioning of all plant departments, overseeing the entire plant operations.
• Chlor-Alkali (CA) and Chloromethane (CMS) Plant Management: Experience in handling these specific plant types is required.
• Process Engineering & Technical Services: Oversee process engineering, technical services, technology management, and plant operations.
• Process Automation: Implement and manage process automation systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Safety, Health & Environment: Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, aligning with corporate vision.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
• Product Output & Quality: Responsible for product output, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production efficiency.
• Audits & Compliance: Manage audits and ensure compliance with all prescribed permits and quality standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the plant adheres to all regulatory and safety regulations.
• Standard Operational Procedures: Accountable for maintaining and implementing all standard operational procedures at the plant.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure overall safety compliance within the plant.
• Capacity Management: Experience in managing a plant with a capacity of at least 500 tons per day.
