Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads generated by the digital marketing team.
- Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them deals.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment is received.
- Facilitate arrangements for buyers to view properties before concluding a sales deal.
- Inspect properties to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements & Skills:
- Any graduation or above.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- Age up to 35 years.
